Nevada Contractor License (NV)

A contractors license is required in Nevada (NV) prior to bidding on any project.  Subcontractors are also required to be licensed.  To become a licensed contractor, candidates are required to pass two examinations: business and law and their trade.  Applications for licensure can obtained from the Nevada State Contractors Board by calling 1-775-688-1141.  Please note that pre-approval is required through the board before sitting for an examination.  Please select the license/examination that you are interested in.
